Eight habits for furniture that lasts
Bosk furniture is built to last. A little everyday care keeps its finish, joints and hardware in great shape.
Respect the weight limit
Always follow the recommended weight limit for each product.
Protect from heat and cold
Do not place warm or cold items directly on a surface; use coasters or mats. Keep very hot items such as a tawa or baking dish off the furniture, even on a hot pad.
Easy to move
Products can be dismantled and re-assembled multiple times when you shift or rearrange furniture.
Shield from sunlight
Colour and polish can fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
No abrasive cleaners
Avoid scrub pads and other abrasive materials, which can scratch the surface. Clean gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth.
Clean regularly
Regular, gentle cleaning keeps furniture looking new. Use a mild detergent with a soft sponge or cloth for stains.
Lift, do not drag
Avoid dragging furniture to reposition it; over time this can weaken the joints.
