What we collect when you contact Bosk Furniture, why, and how you can see or delete it.

Bosk Infracon Private Limited (“Bosk Furniture”, “we”) runs this website, www.boskfurniture.com, from 5, Aryamaan Complex, Near Meghani Circle, Sir Patanni Road, Bhavnagar-364001, Gujarat, India.. This page explains how we handle personal details you share with us. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Quote and contact forms: your name, mobile number, city, email (if you give it), your message and, on the contact page, a reference photo if you attach one.
  • Newsletter and comments: your email address (and for comments your name, phone and message).
  • WhatsApp and call buttons: when you tap them we note the page, the time and how you found us (for example Google search or Instagram). We do not see your WhatsApp messages here; those stay in WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: like every website, the server records your IP address and browser type. We turn these into a one-way code to stop spam and repeated form posts; we do not use them to identify you.

Why we use it

  • To call or message you back about the furniture, design or quote you asked for, and to arrange a site visit.
  • To send you a copy of your request by email, when you give an email address.
  • To understand which pages and searches bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
  • To keep the website and its forms safe from spam and misuse.

We never sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept and who sees it

  • Enquiries are saved in the website’s protected admin area and emailed to the Bosk Furniture team. Only our staff can open them.
  • Our web host and email provider store this data for us under their own security and privacy terms. We share details with nobody else, except when the law requires it.
  • The admin area is protected with hashed passwords, login limits, an optional two-step login and encrypted (https) connections.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. If we add a visit-counting tool such as Google Analytics, we will list it here. It will never receive your name, phone number or email.

Embedded content from other websites (for example Google Maps or YouTube) follows the privacy policy of that website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you, follow up on your order, and meet warranty and tax-record duties — usually up to 3 years after your last contact. Spam and duplicate entries are deleted sooner.

Your choices

  • Ask us what details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete them.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
  • Tell us you do not want follow-up calls or messages.
